Orders Page Overview

All Orders is the working list for every order ShipBee has imported from your connected stores. One row is one order. The page opens on the full list, newest first.

The summary strip

Four cards sit above the table. Account Balance is the money available to pay for fulfillment. Pending Orders counts the orders waiting to be processed. Pending Payment shows the amount you still owe and how many orders it covers. Needs Attention counts the orders that cannot move without you.

Read the strip first. If Needs Attention is not zero, start there.

Status tabs

The tab row filters the table by fulfillment stage. The count beside each label is live, so you can see where your orders are without opening a filter.

Active and On Hold split the list by whether the order is moving. The date buttons beside them limit the list to orders inside or past your delivery window.

The order table

Each row carries eight columns. Order number, store, product and variant, payment status, delivery status, destination country, quantity, and the date it was created. Click the order number to open the full detail panel.

The Actions column on the right carries the buttons available for that order. Which buttons appear depends on the order status.

Narrowing the list

Use the search field for one order by number or product name. Use Filter to combine conditions such as store, status, payment method, tax, date range, and order age. Every filter you apply is written into the page URL, so you can bookmark the view or send it to a teammate.

Exporting

Export downloads the current view as a file. The export follows whatever filters are active, so filter the list first and export second.
