We work with YunExpress and a network of over ten global carriers — including local names like PostNL, DHL, and FedEx. Our system chooses the best carrier for each order based on destination, shipping speed, product type (e.g. apparel, batteries, cosmetics), and weight.

We also offer the option to hide the Chinese origin entirely. Tracking links are only sent once the order reaches the destination country, with local tracking numbers and localized packaging — giving your customers a domestic delivery experience and greater trust in your brand.

Can I use custom shipping packaging?

Absolutely. If you already have your own branded packaging, you can send it to our warehouse and we’ll use it to fulfill your orders — ensuring a consistent, professional unboxing experience.
