Connect your store

You can connect as many stores as you need. Each one is a separate connection, and orders from all of them land in the same All Orders list.

Start from New Store in the sidebar, or from the My Stores page.

The three steps

The Connect Shopify Store dialog asks for one thing, your store domain, and then hands you to Shopify.

  • Enter your store domain, either yourstore.myshopify.com or your custom domain.
  • Authorize in Shopify. Shopify shows the permissions ShipBee needs and asks you to approve them.
  • Shopify sends you back. ShipBee sets up fulfillment and activates the store.

Check the store afterwards

My Stores lists every connected store with its code, platform, currency, status, total orders, and total revenue. A working connection shows the status Active.

If a store does not appear, or the status is not Active, read Store connection issues.

One store in detail

Click a store name to open its detail page. It shows the store summary, orders per day, orders by status, and revenue against cost, over 7 days, 30 days, 3 months, or all time.
