Fulfil your first orders

This guide covers four steps. Set up your account. Connect your store. Ask for a quotation. Pay for your orders. Ten minutes is enough to get through all four.

1. Connect your store

Click New Store, enter your Shopify domain, and approve the permissions. Orders start importing straight after you are sent back to ShipBee.

2. Find the orders waiting on you

Open All Orders. The summary strip counts pending orders and pending payment. The status tabs split the list by stage.

A new order lands under Pending Offer while we price it, then moves to Payment once a quote exists.

3. Check the order before you pay

Click the order number to open the detail panel. It shows the items and quantities, the shipping address, the order total, and the payment summary with the ShipBee cost and your margin.

Check the shipping address here. An address fixed before payment costs nothing. An address fixed after dispatch costs a ticket and a delay.

4. Pay

Use the pay button in the Actions column, or the button in the detail panel. The dialog shows the order, the payment method, and a balance transaction preview with your remaining balance.

Paying from balance is the fastest route, so top up before a batch rather than during one. Confirm, and the order moves into processing.

What happens next

We source and pack the order, the quality check runs, and a tracking number appears on the order. From there you follow it on the Tracking page.
