Deep dive into individual order information and tracking history.
Overview
The order detail view provides comprehensive information about any individual order in your system. From product specifications and pricing to shipping addresses and fulfillment timeline, this view consolidates everything you need to understand an order's current state and history. Use it to answer a customer question, investigate a delivery issue, or review order economics. It is the authoritative source.
Opening Order Details
From the All Orders page, click any order number (displayed as a clickable blue link like "#72126") to open the order detail modal. The modal slides in from the right side, displaying comprehensive order information while keeping the order table visible.
Order Information Panel
The left side of the detail view displays core order information organized into logical sections. Product Information shows the primary product with its image, full name, variant details (size, color, etc.), quantity, and customer-facing price.
Order Details Section
The right panel contains administrative and tracking information. Order Number is ShipBee's internal order identifier. Order SN is the serial number used for tracking purposes.
Shipping Timeline
For orders that have shipped, the Shipping Timeline provides a chronological record of all tracking events from pickup to delivery.
Map Visualization
The tracking view includes an interactive map showing the delivery destination.
Order Actions
Action buttons at the bottom of the detail view enable common operations without returning to the order list.
