Overview

Your dashboard holds thousands of orders. Filtering and search are how you find the one you need. The All Orders page gives you four ways to narrow the list. Status tabs cover the common cuts. The search bar finds one order. Filters combine conditions. Sorting orders the result. Together they locate any order in seconds.

Every filter and search parameter is saved in the URL. Bookmark a filtered view, share the link with a teammate, and return to the same list later. This URL persistence makes it easy to create shortcuts for your most common workflow patterns and collaborate effectively with your team.

Search Bar

The search bar above the order table accepts queries for order numbers, tracking numbers, store names, customer names, and product keywords. Simply type your search term and the results update automatically as you type. The search is flexible and matches partial strings, so typing "7215" will find order #72151, and typing "Decarba" will show orders from any Decarba store.

Store Filter

When managing orders from multiple connected Shopify stores, the store filter helps you focus on specific storefronts. Click the Filter button to open the filter panel, then select the Store tab. The panel lists every connected store with a checkbox. Check one or more stores to show only orders from those sources.

Status Filters

The status tabs provide the quickest way to filter orders by fulfillment stage. Each tab shows a badge with the count of orders in that status. Click a tab to filter the table. All is the complete list. Pending Offer is awaiting a quote. Processing is being fulfilled. Payment is awaiting your payment. In-Transit has shipped. Delivered is complete. Fraud is flagged. Issues have a problem.

Date Range Filter

The date range filter narrows orders to specific time periods based on order creation date. Click Filter, then select Date Range to access date filtering options. Preset ranges like Today, Last 7 Days, Last 30 Days, and Last 90 Days provide quick selection for common timeframes.

Advanced Sorting

Beyond basic column sorting (click column headers), the Sort builder enables multi-level sorting for complex organization needs. Click the Sort button to open the sort builder panel. By default, orders sort by date with newest first, but you can change this to suit your workflow.

Shareable URLs

Every filter, search query, and sort configuration is encoded in the page URL. That enables three workflow patterns. Bookmark a filter combination you use often. One bookmark for "Issues" plus "Last 7 days" checks recent problems in one click.

Combining Filters Effectively

The real power of ShipBee's filtering comes from combining multiple criteria. Start with a status tab to set your primary focus (Payment, Issues, etc.). Add store filters if you manage multiple storefronts. Apply date ranges when investigating time-specific patterns. Use search for final narrowing to specific orders.
