Order Actions

Manage your order fulfillment workflow with ShipBee's order actions. These include placing orders on hold, creating support tickets, editing order details, and refreshing order data. The available actions depend on the order status. Reach them from the Actions column in the table, or from the buttons in the order detail panel.

Placing Orders on Hold

Temporarily pause an order's fulfillment by placing it on hold. Use this for customer requests, verification needs, or external delays. Orders on hold appear in the On Hold tab.

Releasing Orders from Hold

Resume fulfillment by releasing held orders. Navigate to the On Hold tab, select the order, and release it. Orders return to their previous status.

Creating Support Tickets

Create a support ticket for orders with issues. Pre-populated with order information, tickets ensure ShipBee support has full context.

Editing Order Details

Modify order information, such as shipping addresses, using the Edit action. Editable fields depend on the order's current status.

Refreshing Order Data

Update order information with the latest data using the Refresh action. This is useful for monitoring status updates and tracking information.

Status-Specific Actions

Certain actions appear only for specific order statuses, such as Pay Order for Pending Payment orders or Track Order for shipped orders.

Bulk Actions

Operate on multiple orders simultaneously using bulk actions like Pay Selected or Release Selected. This saves time in daily operations.
