Generate billing statements for your records.

Overview

ShipBee provides invoice generation tools for maintaining proper financial records. Invoices consolidate fulfillment charges for specified date ranges, providing documentation suitable for accounting, tax filing, and expense tracking. Whether you need weekly summaries or monthly statements, the invoice system creates professional documents that reflect your business activity.

Invoices pull data from your transaction history, itemizing each fulfillment charge with order details, costs, and dates. The generated documents include your business information and can be downloaded as PDF files for your records.

Generating Invoices

Navigate to the Finances page and scroll to the Generate Invoice section. This section provides tools for creating billing statements:

Quick Presets: Select common time periods with one click:

• This Week: Current calendar week (Monday through today)
• This Month: Current calendar month (1st through today)
• Last Month: Previous calendar month (complete)

Custom Date Range: For specific periods, use the date pickers:

• Start Date: Beginning of the invoice period
• End Date: End of the invoice period (inclusive)

After selecting your date range, click Generate Invoice to create the document. The system compiles all transactions within the specified period into a formatted invoice.

Invoice Contents

Generated invoices include comprehensive billing information:

Header Information:

• Invoice number and generation date
• Your business name and address
• VAT/tax identification number
