Adding Balance (Top-Up)
Fund your account before you pay for orders. Transfer the money, upload the receipt, and the balance updates after verification.
Adding Balance (Top-Up)
ShipBee pays for fulfillment from a prepaid balance. Fund the account first, then pay for orders straight from that balance instead of entering card details per order.
Your balance shows on the card at the top of the Finances page. Click the eye icon to reveal the amount.

How a top-up works
A top-up is a bank transfer plus a receipt, not a card charge. The three steps are shown inside the dialog.
- Transfer the funds by bank, Alipay, or WeChat Pay.
- Upload your payment receipt or a screenshot of it.
- The balance updates after verification, normally within 1 to 24 hours.
Plan around that window. A top-up is not instant, so fund the account before you need to pay for a batch of orders.

Submitting the receipt
Click Top Up on the balance card to open the dialog. Drag the receipt into the upload area or click to browse. It accepts JPG, PNG, GIF, WebP, and PDF up to 5 MB.
Choose how you paid, either Bank transfer or Card, then click Submit Receipt. The Submit Receipt button stays disabled until a receipt is attached.

After it clears
The new balance appears on the Finances page and the top-up is listed under Account Transactions as a bank recharge. From there you can pay for any order that is waiting on payment.
