Overview
The Finances page is your central hub for managing account funds, payment methods, and transaction history. ShipBee operates on a prepaid balance system where you add funds to your account, and fulfillment costs are automatically deducted as orders are processed. This approach gives you full control over spending and eliminates surprise charges.
Your account balance represents available funds for fulfillment operations. When an order is paid, the cost deducts from your balance. Keep enough funds in the account and orders process without a pause. The Finances page helps you monitor spending, top up when needed, and maintain financial visibility across all your connected stores.
Navigating to Finances
Access the Finances page from the main sidebar navigation. Click Finances under the Business section. The page displays your account summary, payment methods, business information, and transaction history in a comprehensive dashboard view.
Understanding Your Balance
The balance card at the top left displays your current account funds. Key elements include:
Current Balance: Your available funds for fulfillment. This amount decreases as orders are paid and increases when you add funds. The balance displays prominently in large text.
Show/Hide Balance: Toggle balance visibility for privacy when screen sharing or working in public. Click the eye icon to reveal or mask your balance amount.
Top Up Button: Quick access to add funds. Click to open the top-up modal where you can select an amount and payment method.
Points Earned: Your reward points balance. Points accumulate through fulfillment activity and can be redeemed for account credit.
