Tracking Your Shipments

Monitor delivery progress for all your orders.

Overview

ShipBee provides comprehensive shipment tracking that lets you monitor any package using its tracking number. Once an order ships, tracking information becomes available through the carrier network, giving you real-time visibility into delivery progress. This transparency helps you answer customer inquiries confidently and proactively address any delivery issues.

The tracking system integrates with multiple carriers worldwide, consolidating updates from various shipping partners into a single interface. Whether your packages ship via standard international post, express couriers, or regional carriers, ShipBee aggregates tracking events into a unified timeline. You do not need to visit a carrier website to check a shipment.

Using the Tracking Page

Navigate to the Tracking page using the sidebar menu. The page displays a search interface where you can enter any tracking number to view its current status and history. Below the search field, a Recent Tracking section lists the tracking numbers you viewed most recently.

To track a shipment, enter the tracking number in the search field. The format depends on the carrier. Examples include UK804168913YP, YT2600400705588806, and SF6047219112062. As you type, the Search button activates. Click Search or press Enter to retrieve tracking information. Results display immediately below, showing the complete shipment journey.

Understanding Tracking Results

When you search for a tracking number, the results page displays comprehensive shipment information. The top of the result shows the order number and the recipient name, address, and contact details. The current status badge (like "Delivered" or "In Transit") provides immediate visibility into where the package stands.

An interactive map shows the delivery destination with a location pin, helping visualize where the package is headed. The Order Items section lists the products in the shipment with quantities and prices. Tracking Information displays the various tracking identifiers: Primary Tracking Number (customer-facing), SCS Tracking Number (internal logistics), Waybill Number, and Last Segment Number for final-mile delivery.
