Connect and manage your ecommerce stores in one place.
Overview
The Stores page is your central hub for managing all connected e-commerce stores. ShipBee integrates with Shopify and other platforms to automatically import orders, sync inventory, and streamline your fulfillment workflow. Each connected store becomes a sales channel, allowing you to manage multiple brands or storefronts from a single ShipBee dashboard.
Accessing Stores
Navigate to My Stores in the sidebar under the Business section. The Stores page displays all your connected stores with their status, order counts, and connection details.
Stores Page Features
- Store List: View all connected stores with key information including store name, platform, status, and recent activity.
- Search: Find stores by name using the search bar.
- New Store: Click to initiate a new store connection.
- Store Cards: Each connected store displays as a card showing Store name and platform logo, Connection status (Active, Paused, Error), Total orders synced, Last sync timestamp, and Quick action buttons.
Connecting a New Store
Click New Store to begin the connection process.
