Quality Inspection
Every product you order goes through a standard quality check before it ships. The check produces photos and a video, and both are attached to the product so you can see what left the warehouse.
The inspection list
Open Quality Inspection from the sidebar. The table lists each inspected product with its product ID and store. It also shows when the check ran and how many photos and videos it produced.
Opening the media
Click the count in the Gallery column to expand the photos for that product. Click a photo to open it full size.
The Videos column works the same way. The video shows the product being handled and packed, which is what you send a customer who disputes the condition of a delivery.
Using it with a customer
When a customer claims a product arrived damaged or wrong, open the inspection first. The photos and video date the condition to before dispatch, which tells you whether the damage happened in transit.
