Managing Stock Levels

The Inventory page holds every SKU across your connected stores. The summary strip counts total SKUs, low stock, out of stock, and the items that need reordering now.

Filter by store

Click Filter, then Store, to limit the table to one storefront. Each connected store appears with a checkbox, so you can combine several.

Filter by stock status

Filter, then Status, narrows the table to In stock, Low stock, or Out of stock. Start with Out of stock when you are deciding what to reorder.

Reorder planning

Click the arrow at the start of a row to expand it. The row opens to show the SKU variants with their stock, and a reorder planning panel.

The panel gives you units sold in the last 30 days, the daily average, and the trend against the previous 30 days. Beside it sit current stock, days until stockout, lead time, and the safety buffer.

Set the low stock threshold

The gear beside Filter opens Inventory Settings. The low stock threshold is the quantity below which an item is marked low. Raise it if you keep being caught short, and lower it if too many items are flagged.
