Inventory Management

Inventory Management shows everything you hold in stock. That covers bestsellers you keep on hand, branded packaging, and custom items held in the warehouse.

The summary strip

Four counters sit above the table. Total SKUs with total units. Low stock, which needs attention. Out of stock, which is already costing you sales. Reorder now, which is urgent.

Reading a row

Each product row carries its stock, units in production, total sold, velocity, days of supply, the stores it belongs to, and a status label.

  • In Stock. Above your low stock threshold.
  • Low Stock. At or below the threshold and worth reordering.
  • Out of Stock. Nothing left to ship.

Velocity is units sold per day over the last 30 days. Days of supply divides current stock by velocity, so it answers how long the stock lasts at the current rate.

Variants and reorder planning

Expand a row to see its SKU variants with their own stock, and the reorder planning panel underneath.

Read days until stockout against lead time. If lead time is longer than days of supply, you are already late to reorder.
