Set your timezone, language and default currency in ShipBee settings, manage your profile and workspace, and choose which alerts reach you.

General Settings

Settings holds your personal preferences and your workspace configuration. Open it from Settings at the bottom of the sidebar.

The page has three tabs. Preferences covers display and alerts. Profile covers your own account. Workspace covers the business the account belongs to.

Preferences

  • Timezone. Every date and time in the app is displayed in this zone, so set it before you read any report.
  • Language. The interface language.
  • Default currency. The currency used for pricing and transactions.

Timezone is the setting people get wrong most often. An order that looks like it arrived yesterday may have arrived today in another zone. Match this to the timezone you run the business in.

Alert categories

Below the general block, alert categories control which events reach you. Turn off a category and the app stops notifying you about it. It does not stop the underlying event.
